Well, I'm perhaps partly to blame. When Troll Tech gave me a free Qt
developers license because I write a lot about Qt - and even get it
published - I told them that _if_ they were giving licenses away I knew
someone who had more use for one than I did. And Suetelane from marketing
told me she'd send Phil one. Two months of sending reminders later, it
arrived.

As for me, I was interesting in seeing whether PyQt would work at all on
Windows, and whether Troll Tech would accept a Python Qt development
environment for Windows, but at the time I didn't have an interest in
publishing my work for Windows. Of course, now that I have that license I
could, if I had a C++ compiler for Windows, try to build binaries for
Windows, but, well, that doesn't feel right.
