[PyKDE] Errors making PyQt Windows DLL

Dear list,

Here is one of 94 unresolved externals from the PyQt build:

sipqtQObject.obj : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol
"__declspec(dllimport) int __cdecl sipEmitSignal(struct _sipThisType *,char
*,struct _object *)"
(__imp_?sipEmitSignal@@YAHPAU_sipThisType@@PADPAU_object@@@Z)

As I mentioned, I suspect that I am constructing 'sip.lib' incorrectly, but
don't know what error I have made.  Any suggestions?  Is there a
step-by-step to produce the PyQt bindings on Windows?
