[PyKDE] PyKDE on RH7.0 - compile problems

Hi , 

I downloaded and installed Sip 2.3, PyQt-2.3 and now I'm trying to
install PyKDE and running into compile problems . 
2.2.16 on RH7.0 with Python1.5.2 and Qt 2.2.4 and KDE 2.1 with
KDE 1 compat used here 

Here's the error -
