[PyKDE] PyQt-3.0preX-Qt-3.0.0 help needed.

On the RedHat I moved python 1.5 out of the way and on all setup's. I made
sure to uninstall all Qt software except version 3.
All compiles found the right Qt and the right python each time. Sip was
done as a rpm  and as ./configure , make , make install at
different times.
