[PyKDE] ANN: sip/PyQt v3.0pre7 Available

Sip/PyQt v3.0pre7 is at the usual place at
http://www.river-bank.demon.co.uk/software/private.

This is a bug fix release...

- all patches from Andreas Gerstlauer applied (thanks Andreas)

- fixed QSizePolicy ctor for Qt v3

- fix for generating Python super classes (for PyKDE2)

- tested against Qt v2.3.2

I plan to make the final release next weekend.
