[PyKDE] Still fighting to have PyQt working

I've just got mail from someone at Redhat, Trond Eivind Glomsrød,
to be precise, and he told me that PyQt and sip are included in
Redhat 7.2. So, I think that the best solution would be to upgrade
(you said that you were running 7.2, but the output of build shows
that you are using 7.1) to 7.2, and install sip and PyQt.

PyQt is growing up after all :-).
