[PyKDE] ANN: Sip/PyQt v3.0pre2

v3.0pre2 of Sip and PyQt are in the usual place at
http://www.river-bank.demon.co.uk/software/private/.

Changes since v3.0pre1 are:

- re-organisation of modules so there is now qt, qtcanvas, qtgl,
qtnetwork, qttable and qtxml

- added the QDns and QSound Qt2 classes

- added the QPixmapCache, QDateEdit, QDateTimeEdit, QTimeEdit,
QErrorMessage and QSettings Qt3 classes
