[PyKDE] ANN: SIP/PyQt v3.0pre3

SIP and PyQt v3.0pre3 are available at
http://www.river-bank.demon.co.uk/software/private/.

Changes since v3.0pre2:

- Addition of the qtsql module - all interesting Qt3 classes have now
been implemented

- Changes needed for the final release of Qt v3.0.0.

- The examples have been ported to Qt3 were necessary and no longer
segv.

- A couple of nasty bugs are fixed (of the "how on earth did that ever
work" variety).

The only outstanding task is to implement pyuic for Qt3 - the version
shipped in PyQt-3.0pre3-Qt-3.0.0.tar.gz is a work in progress.
