[PyKDE] build of PyQt failed with error code 32512

Hi,
   Am trying to build PyQt under Red Hat 7.1 (kernel 2.4.9). Build.py halts 
after
printing "Generating the features file"  with "qttest failed with an exit 
code of 32512".
I've searched the archives but can't find a reference to 32512 or build 
problems.

Any help would be appreciated.
