[PyKDE] [ANN] Red Hat 7.3 RPMs Fixed (?)

I think I solved the problem with the Red Hat 7.3 RPMs I released earlier. 
Unfortunately, I do not have a clean system to test it on. If you manage to 
get them to work, or if you have problems, let me know.
