[PyKDE] manuals/books/how-to's

The PyQt book from Boudijin Rempt was running behind but I got a notice
last week that it had shipped via US Mail. I hoping I'll have it today
or tomorrow.
The web version was very useful in getting me started but I'm looking
forward to having the hard copy.
