[PyKDE] ANN: PyQt Updated for Sharp Zaurus

The PyQt port to the Sharp Zaurus has been updated and is available from
http://www.river-bank.demon.co.uk/software/Zaurus/.
Changes include...
- The addition of a PyQt version of the example application supplied
with the Qtopia SDK. Because PyQt can re-use the .ui files from Qt
Designer this only needs 7 lines of Python.
- Some reduction in the memory requirement. Swap is not needed to run
the example application. YMMV for something less trivial.
- The QPEApplication class is now functional so applications get the
standard QPE look and feel.
PyQt applications can now be packaged, installed and launched just like
a C++ application.
