[PyKDE] PyQt/Zaurus and application help files (/opt/QtPalmtop/help/html/)

Has anyone had success placing PyQt application help files into the
help/html/ directory and having the [?] button magically appear in the
task bar?

Seems to indicate that to be the procedure, but I'm doing what I think is
exactly that (placing foo.html in help/html/, where foo==app name), and I
am getting no [?] icon in the title bar...

Is there some other trick (maybe an API call), I've not found?
