[PyKDE] ANN: SIP/PyQt 3.3rc1 Released

SIP and PyQt v3.3rc1 has been released and are available on their 
respective download pages.

The main change is the new build system which is now the same across all 
supported platforms. If you have Qt v2 then you will now need to have 
tmake installed and configured. Please test it.

I don't expect a large number of 3.3 release candidates - actually I 
hope this will be the only one.
