Well. Packages are not meant to have this "c102" postfix forever. It
will dissapear with major soname changes. Anyway, there hasn't been a
PyKDE package in Debian before, so I don't feel the need of appending
the "c102" to PyKDE's packages name. That artifact is meant for a
"transition". And this isn't a transitional package, but a whole new
one.
