[PyKDE] Error building PyQT

I am using gentoo linux, and when I try to emerge (compile and install) PyQT, I get the following error:

I get this error if I am using qt version 3.1.2, 
I dont get this error wit qt version 3.1.1, 
so maybe trolltech changed something that broke PyQT?
