[PyKDE] sip-x11-gpl-snapshot-20030416 generates wrappers in wrong order

Phil,

attached file shows how sip generates the class wrappers in the wrong order:
QwtPlotMappedItem is used before it is defined.

Warning: the build process adds keyword arguments to the wrappers after sip
has done its job (so the *.py file looks a little strange).

I can work around this by reordering the %Include statements.
