PyQt 3.7 is the default if he's using the unstable branch right now. If
he's using the testing one, it's 3.5 (3.7 hasn't been propagated), but I
think all the packages he need to rebuild sip & PyQt are yet there.
Woody (stable) would be more problematic, but it's just matter of
changing a couple of dependencies at build time.
