[PyKDE] PyKDE-3.7-4 Afterthought

I forgot to mention that PyKDE-3.7-4 also has some operator 
support - it's not in the docs yet though, but you can find 
which operators are supported (or will be) by grepping the sip 
files for "operator". KURL::List still needs some cleanup in 
that regard.

The 08/11 snapshots for sip/PyQt seem to work fine (not quite 
done compiling PyKDE with those). I'll test the o8/13 PyQt 
snapshot over the next few days.
