Phil, did you really put up new snapshots? I am unable to see a snapshot
for PyQt and sip is still at 20030204 (QScintilla is OK).

My fingers are burning from impatience, because I promised to get Numerical
Python working with Python-2.3 during the weekend, and I wanted to do PyQwt
as well.
