The Open Beat Box (OBB) project is really proud to announce the release
of OBB 0.3, our second public release.

OBB is a virtual drum machine. It is a program to make songs with
music sample in loops instead of the traditional method with scores
and instruments.

The unique look and feel of OBB is powered by PyQt.

Among the high priority goals of the OBB project are the following features :
- - Completely skinable user interface
- - portability
- - easy inter-collaboration between song composers
