[PyKDE] Deploying PyQt Applications

We're using Gordon's Installer on Windows and Solaris today and it works
like a charm. We're planning on also using it on AIX, HP-UX and Linux in the
near future.

No reason except that I wasn't going to document two separate methods when
there exists one set of tools that should work on both platforms.
