[PyKDE] howto disable popup 'line up' menu in toolbar

[Isaac Claymore]

Hi folks,

Whenever right-clicking mouse on my toolbars, a 'Line up' popup menu
shows up. Since the popup is useless to me, I wonder whether it's
possible to get rid of it?
