[PyKDE] Problems with PyKDE 3.3.2 on KDE 3.1.1

I just checked kde.org and ftp.kde.org and there's nothing in
either place past 3.0.0. Maybe they're doing early releases to the
distributions, or else the distributions are rolling their own
(that would be a real thrill to support).
