I use PyKDE3.8.0.
I confirmed libkdecorecmodule was not linked to libkdeui.

In that case, is libkdecorecmodule linked to libkdeui?
Not linking libkdecorecmodule can't load AcceleratorManager, I think.
Is that wrong idea?
