[PyKDE] What is this widget

[Dianhong]

On the left side of Qt Designer, there is a widget tool panel
containing buttons like "Common widget", "Buttons", "Container", etc.
This panel is similar to a outlook bar - i.e, when user clicks a button
on the bottom, the button goes up and then a catagory of widgets
appears.

What is the name of this widget in Qt or pyQt? Is this standard?

If not, how to implement it?
