[PyKDE] Eric Drag & Drop (continuation)

Hi again,

Concerning the drag & drop problem, I just wanted to precise
that this little bug can lead to a general segmentation
fault of Eric.

You may reproduce it :
- Launch eric
- Open a new document
- type some text
- Drag & Drop a piece of text to another place
(Normaly, as I described before, this sould paste only
unprintable characters)
- Try to re-select these unprintable characters 
-> Segmentation Fault.
