Building PyKDE 3.8 for Python 2.3.3 on linux2.
/usr/lib/python2.3/site-packages is the PyKDE installation directory.
/usr/lib/python2.3/config contains libpython
/usr/include/python2.3 contains Python.h.
/usr/bin/sip will be used as the SIP code generator.
/usr/include/python2.3 contains sipQt.h.
