[PyKDE] who is building pyqt based on qt3.2.1 non-commercial version?

Any decision yet?  If not, can you say when there will be a descision or
what its basis will be?

I'm planning on updating one of my free programs soon and would like to
be able to remove some Qt-2.3 specific code.
