[PyKDE] Are the sip binaries (Linux) on sourceforge?

Finally found them as rpm that should work on my Mandrake 9.1 
installation, however, way back to version 3.7.

Search using Google advanced: 'sourceforge sip binaries' (all words) and 
the link is:

http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=61057

If you happen to have Mandrake 9.2 they have rpm's for sip ver. 3.8.
