[PyKDE] COMP3141 discussions started; eric3 question

Hi,

The COMP3141 discussions have started.  These are open to all -- not
only UNSW students:

The first part of this class will cover python & pyqt.

We will be using eric3 under linux.  However, many students have
windows at home.  

Are there easy to follow step-by-step instructions for getting eric3 +
everything it depends on installed under cygwin?

Are there any license issues with running Qt/pyQt code under windows that
we need to worry about?
