[PyKDE] fix for qt-3.3.0-beta1

In using the 20040104 PyQt snapshot with qt-3.3.0-beta1, 

QTableItem::content() must be commented out from line 174 in 
'PyQt-x11-gpl-snapshot-20040104/sip/qttable/qtable.sip'

Everything else seemd to compile ok :)
