[PyKDE] Build error: SIP 4.0rc2 + PyQt 3.10 + Python 2.3.3 on Redhat 8.0

[Jahn Otto Næsgaard Andersen]

The -c flag resolved the error, but introduced another one. I tried with
Qt 3.2.3, and it worked (even without the -c flag). Thanks!

It's a SIP bug. Passing the -c flag to configure.py will probably work
around 
it. Or upgrade to a newer version of Qt.
