[PyKDE] [PyQT] raiseW, showNormal doesn't work

Hello everyone :)
I don't know if it's the right place to aks this question, but I haven't found 
answer anywhere. I've got ChatDialog class which inherits QWidget. Flags 
which are set is Qt.WType_TopLevel. And now when I check if this window is 
minimized via chatDialog.isMinimized it's ok (shows the correct status). But 
when I call chatDialog.showNormal() nothing happens(also I've tried with 
showMaximized()) - window remains minimized. But that's not all, also 
raiseW() doesn't work. What can I do wrong, if it's needed I'll send a part 
of a code.
