[PyKDE] ANN: first release candidate of eric3 3.4

Hello,

I have just uploaded a new snapshot of eric3. This is the first release 
candidate of the upcoming version 3.4. It is available via

http://www.die-offenbachs.de/detlev/snapshots/eric-snapshot-20040321.tar.gz

This snapshot features a wizard for Python regular expressions.
