[PyKDE] Licensing Question

Dear Tutors,

    I have successfully built a PyQt application on my
Linux machine. Now I would like to distribute it to
the Windows OS. My question is on the licensing of Qt
for windows. Is there a non - commercial license of Qt
and PyQT for windows OS.
    The application I have built is not ment for any
commercial purpose whatsoever.
    I would like to apologies if this question is
inappropriate for this mailing list.
