[PyKDE] Install pykde with newer pyqt but still getting unuse parameter

Yep, the latest sip-3.11/sip-4.1 releases fail to build PyKDE for me too. 
See my recent posts to the list confirming that.

Previous sip versions work ok, sip-3.10.2/sip-4.0.1
