[PyKDE] debian's python-kde3 horribly broken

That did the trick. Although I had to fix some more minor problems (e.g. with 
KIcon), it seems it's not possible anymore to pass int instead of an enum. I 
guess this is good, although it possibly breaks some code (that probably had 
to be fixed up anyway.)
