[PyKDE] PythonQt Eric3 issues

What you could do is:
cmd.exe
cd c:\pythonqt\bin
eric3-install.bat

note: the next version of the installer (tomorrow) will probably not
require the dosbox to install eric3. I think I have made eric3 pathnames
relative now.
