[PyKDE] PythonQt Eric3 issues

To tell you the truth, I think Eric3 is not very well tested on Windows
(no offence!). These are the issues I am looking into:
- - Allow spaces in pathnames. I really want to install in \Program
files\PythonQt by default.
- - Find out what pythonw is doing after I close designer. (the 95% CPU
time issue)
- - Why does my firewall complain that pythonw want to communicate (Detlev
explained me it had to do with the debugger process) Maybe this firewall
message can be avoided.
