[PyKDE] PyQtGPL and Eric3 for Windows

Hello PyQt lovers,

http://pythonqt.vanrietpaap.nl/ now contains two installables.

What used to be PythonQt...exe (python,qt,pyqt and eric3) is now:
PyQtGPL...exe: PyQt (incl qt,sip,qscintilla) using GPL software only.
Eric3.....exe: the IDE

Python2.4.1 should be installed prior to these packages!
I have not tested with other python versions.

Please mail me if you have suggestions/bugreports.
