[PyKDE] How to use Eric3 with Qt4

Hi !

This mail is just to tell how i did to use Eric3 to program some Qt4 apps. 

If you are having errors about the debugger with Qt4 apps, just go in 
Settings->Preferences->Debugger->Python and set to  "No Qt".
