[PyKDE] eric3 snapshot not working

eric3 stable release wouldn't have worked for me anyway. I want/need the
PyQt4 features and thus need a snapshot. I can get stable eric3 via
apt-get if I wanted to.

Guess we have to wait until Detlev is back online..
