[PyKDE] QScintilla Scrollbars

I can switch off the horizontal scrollbar in
QScintilla with SCI_SETHSCROLLBAR but it then resizes
itself to half its original height.

Why does it want to be half the height? Is it a bug,
or do I have to do something else to get QScintilla to
resize itself properly?
