Download the current snapshot from 
riverbankcomputing.co.ukdownload/snapshots/PyKDE/

The PyKDE 3.11.3 build code has problems recognizing KDE versions it wasn't 
built for (that's not a snide remark - the snapshot *will* recognize versions 
it wasn't built for, but it happens to know about 3.3.2 anyway)
