[PyKDE] eric3: Another installation glitch

Thanks, I downloaded release 3.6.1.

Now eric starts, but I get this error when I click the 'open' button or 
'File -> Open'

Save causes a crash as well.  New does not.

Any ideas?  I'm still willing to help pound through some debugging if it 
is of interest.
