[PyKDE] BlackAdder?

The  point  why  I  care for BlackAdder is the special license of PyQt
that   comes   with   it.   It  allows  to  use  PyQt  for  commercial
(closed-sourced)  applications, as long as you use it exclusively from
within Python code.

By  consequence,  it  could be interesting for my employer if we might
ever get into occasional software development.
