[PyKDE] PyQt4 Status Update

An update on the status of PyQt4 for those not following the change logs...

The QtCore module is now completely finished, so it's now possible to write 
non-GUI applications.

The QtGui module has been started, but there is nothing useful there yet.

I hope to have the remaining modules complete by the end of the year. This 
might depend on the release of Qt 4.1. pyuic and QScintilla may take a little 
longer.

Testing so far is virtually non-existant.
