Sorry, I must be missing something but when I set a sortcut for, say,
Project-Browser, all I am able to do is to make the Project browser
viewable or not, but if I am, say, editing a file, I am not able to
jump to the Project Browser, I can just make it appear or disappear
(but I stay all the time at the very same place, the file I am
editing).

How about Ctrl + X, O? (This is more or less copying from Emacs,
where one can move between windows with this command).
