[PyKDE] ANN: eric3 3.8.0 RC2 released

Hi,

due to a change in the debugger I have decided to release a second release 
candidate of eric3 3.8.0. It is available via the snapshots link of the eric3 
site. If everything goes right, the final version will be released in about 
two to three weeks. Please give it a try and report all bugs.

Please note, that the wishlist for 3.9 development has been opened.
